Schematic File
A schematic is the electronic circuit diagram that conveys the electrical connection between components. We use Altium Designer to create this.
PCB Layout
Once the schematic is verified and completed, the components are placed onto the PCB and the actual connections are made in Altium Designer by an engineer.
Component Library
The component library contains all the schematic symbols, pcb footprints, and specific part number info that are used in an electronic circuit design.
PCB Fabrication File Generation
These files are sent to the PCB fabrication company and PCB assembly company in order to have your board made and populated.
Turn-Key PCB Design
We will deliver your PCB finished and ready to use! A VAWD engineer will complete the PCB and verify the entire process of fabrication, BOM, pick and place, and board testing.
